Description
The FV3 B Coupé was built by hand only 92 times in the period from 08/1957 to 05/1958. This FV3 B was delivered to the USA in October 1957 and exported to Germany in 2012 in partially restored condition. In Germany, the Facel was extensively overhauled by a well-known Facel Vega specialist.
The current owner, who has owned the vehicle since 2013, has used it at various events, e.g. several times at the Kitzbühler Alpenrallye, the Sachsenrallye, the Ennstal Classic, the Trentino Classic, the Silvretta Classic and other events.
In order to make the Facel reliable for such events, a number of technical modifications were carried out. For example, the front brakes of the vehicle were converted to disc brakes, a larger radiator was installed and a second alternator was fitted, among other modifications.
Since the current owner bought the vehicle in 2013, a total of around EUR 43.000,00 has been invested.

- 27.04.2015 - Engine removal and installation, various repairs (€5,532.93)
- 10.05.2016 - Carburetor replaced. - Edelbrock 500CFM (1.838,57 €)
- 09.08.2016 - Steering parts replaced, various repairs (€ 2,672.67)
- 12.02.2020 - Various bodywork (6.990,06 €)
- 31.03.2020 - Conversion to 2 generators (€ 1,299.44)
- 30.09.2021 - various repairs, construction of exhaust system (€ 3,399.78)
An evaluation certificate dated 11.02.2019 at mileage 52,664 with a condition rating of 2+ is available. The replacement value was estimated at EUR 252,000.00 at this time.
The vehicle has historic plates. The US title and the repair invoices after import are of course available.
